Truth in Ferguson: Witnesses were too scared to tell the truth!

“Witness 109 claimed to have witnessed the shooting, stated that it was justified, and repeatedly refused to give formal statements to law enforcement for fear of reprisal should the Canfield Drive neighborhood find out that his account corroborated Wilson.”

Witness 113 “gave an account that generally corroborated Wilson, but only after she was confronted with statements she initially made in an effort to avoid neighborhood backlash...She explained to the FBI that ‘You’ve gotta live the life to know it,’ and stated that she feared offering an account contrary to the narrative reported by the media that Brown held his hands up in surrender.”

Now there’s a story for the media: A community in which honest people can’t tell the truth for fear of running afoul local thugs enforcing “the narrative reported by the media.”

-From the DOJ Report on the "Hands up, don't shoot" lie that destroyed the lives of Darren Wilson and his family

The passage above, taken from this Wall Street Journal article on the DOJ's report clearing Officer Wilson, but condemning the Ferguson police department for what the AG believes is the targeting of blacks for selective civil law enforcement.

The article will speak for itself on the latter, but as to the former:  How does Officer Wilson get his life back?!?  The lie was told by the accomplice of Michael Brown at the scene, repeated by lying "witnesses" in the community, perpetuated by members of congress, and subtly advanced by AG Holder and President Obama...and it cost him his job, his safety, and his freedom.

For those who were so concerned with JUSTICE in the Michael Brown shooting, where are you now?  How does Officer WILSON get justice?

Hand up...now APOLOGIZE.

These people should be ashamed.

And if they HAD any shame, they'd issue formal, public apologies to Officer Wilson.

She's 14, and she's dying. Should she have the right to do so on her terms?

Valentina Maureira is dying. She has been dying since she was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at age 6. Her older brother died of the same deadly, inherited disease.

She's 14, and she will not live past 17, according to her doctors. She does not want to wait.

From CNN
"A Chilean girl's plea via social media for an assisted suicide caught the attention of the person the teen thinks could make it happen: President Michelle Bachelet.
Bachelet visited 14-year-old Valentina Maureira on Saturday after the girl's video went viral and spurred debate in Chile about euthanasia."

Should the government allow this girl to die with dignity, at a time of her choosing? Discuss with us on Facebook.

Mayor Jackson's apology: Did he just 'testify' for the plaintiffs?

Mayor Frank Jackson has apologized to the family of Tamir Rice, and to the citizens of Cleveland, for the 'insensitive' language in the city's response to the lawsuit.
While we ALL agree that what happened was a tragedy...one question emerges from the mayor's statement: Is he intentionally trying to lose the lawsuit?

His statements twice refer to Tamir as a "victim" rather than someone shot lawfully by an officer in the line of duty, which is the city's defense.

He also states directly that, "There's no way a 12-year-old should die."

Regardless of your opinion of what happened that day at Cuddell...did the mayor just essentially testify on behalf the plaintiffs...rather than assist his city in the defense?
We will discuss this morning on The Bob Frantz Authority on Newstalk WHK.

You decide: Which guns are real and which are fake?

Quick!  Which guns are "real" and which ones are "toys"?

These guns were borrowed from the Cleveland Police property room, all having been confiscated during various arrests, and are being displayed to show how difficult it is to decide--in real time--which guns are "airsoft" guns and which are the real things.

So here you go.  You have only 0.5 seconds to decide...and if you guess wrong, and you shoot someone for pointing one of the "toys" at you, you'll be accused of murder, as so many police officers are today.

So go ahead...decide.............NOW!

(I have the answer key, and will share it with you later.)

A Summit on Violent Extremism--with the extremists themselves in the White House

Last week's comical "Summit On Violent Extremism" hosted by the President was more than your average 'waste of time'.

While any meeting to discuss the atrocities being committed around the world, without actually naming the root cause of those atrocities, is indeed a waste of time, this particular meeting was worse. It was far more dangerous.

Why?

Well, take a look at those in attendance, and then decide for yourself if this room full of dignitaries is actually interested in 'countering' anything having to do with radical Islam:

Next, read this work from David Greenfield, who points out that:

Congressman Jordan on CNN and 'The Bob Frantz Authority' on DHS funding

Monday morning, Congressman Jim Jordan will join me at 9:30 for his weekly visit, and we'll continue the discussion of the DHS one-week funding bill that was passed Friday night to avert a partial DHS shutdown.  There is a major rift between GOP senators and the House leadership that passed the temporary funding bill.

More importantly, we'll discuss the language in the fiscal-year funding bill that would have de-funded Barack Obama's unconstitutional executive amnesty order.

Said Congressman Jordan on CNN's 'State of the Union' Sunday:  “We passed a bill at the levels that the Democrats wanted. What we did say was, we don’t want to fund something that everyone knows is unconstitutional, legal scholars on the right and the left have said is unconstitutional, and a federal judge, a federal judge has said is unlawful."

He went on to say,
