Wait...cities are banning WHAT?!?!

Somebody stop this frozen planet...I want to get off.  Especially if we're not even allowed to have any fun while we're freezing.

A growing number of cities have decided to ban a popular kids' winter activity...all because of the fear of injuries. Well, not actually because of the injuries...but because of the soul-sucking lawyers whose limitless commitment to litigation puts the towns at significant financial risk.

So what are the towns banning?

So what say you?  Should cities in fear of ridiculous lawsuits continue to ban fun kids' activities? Or should they force the parent of every kid with a sled or a cafeteria tray to sign a waiver relinquishing them from liability?
