Congressman Jordan on CNN and 'The Bob Frantz Authority' on DHS funding

Monday morning, Congressman Jim Jordan will join me at 9:30 for his weekly visit, and we'll continue the discussion of the DHS one-week funding bill that was passed Friday night to avert a partial DHS shutdown.  There is a major rift between GOP senators and the House leadership that passed the temporary funding bill.

More importantly, we'll discuss the language in the fiscal-year funding bill that would have de-funded Barack Obama's unconstitutional executive amnesty order.

Said Congressman Jordan on CNN's 'State of the Union' Sunday:  “We passed a bill at the levels that the Democrats wanted. What we did say was, we don’t want to fund something that everyone knows is unconstitutional, legal scholars on the right and the left have said is unconstitutional, and a federal judge, a federal judge has said is unlawful."

He went on to say,

Obama to ICE and Border Patrol: 'You will ignore the judge, and OBEY MY ORDERS!'

Barack Obama's unconstitutional executive order of amnesty for over 4 million illegal aliens in the United States--amnesty that he declared on 22 separate occasions that he has NO AUTHORITY to grant--has been challenged in federal court by 26 states.

A federal judge in Texas has halted the implementation of that order, which means that, pending an appeal, the order is no longer valid.

Yet here he is--the Commander in Chief--ordering ICE and Border Patrol agents to obey his order anyway--or face "consequences."

This man has already cast aside the legislative branch of the US government by failing to work through congress and enact his order as a law, and now he is casting aside the judicial branch as well.  

'Ignore the judge's stay of my order,' the president says, or face the consequences. 

What will he do to agents who deport illegals while this is being debated in court? Fire them? Prosecute them?

The man is creating a nation that does not exist. He has rendered null and void the power of 2/3 of the branches of American government, branches that were granted equal power under the Constitution by our Founding Fathers.

Yes, the president is indeed doing what he promised he would do: He is fundamentally transforming America.  He is transforming it from something he does not like...into something he wants it to be.

Which means, truthfully, that Rudy Giulani was right.

No one cares about that. Christians aren't allowed to be offended.

You're safe.

But a word of advice for you:  Don't try this stuff with Islam.

The Obama Administration is now calling illegal aliens....WHAT?!?

Just when you thought you'd heard it all...

They were once "illegal aliens."  But that was mean.

Then they became "Illegal immigrants."  Still not kind enough.

Before long, they were "undocumented workers."  But that's still didn't get it done.

And now, thanks to the Obama administration, people who illegally cross our border, violating U.S. law from the moment their foot hits our soil, and ignoring the sovereignty of our great country....will now be referred to as:

"Americans in Waiting."

You can't fault the Cleveland police leadership for trying to connect with angry residents and organizational leaders...

...but if they actually thought they'd be able to accomplish anything...you can fault their judgement.

It did not go well.

A new low for the Plain Dealer

Take a look at this cover illustration on the Plain Dealer's "Forcing Change" series, in which they've spent months misleading the public about issues involving Cleveland police.  For months, they've re-printed stories from years gone by AS IF THEY WERE CURRENT EVENTS.

Now, to wrap it up, this is the graphic they chose for the cover. This is their idea of unbiased journalism.

There is apparently no depth to which this vile publication will not stoop.

So Barack wants us to beat ISIS through "tolerance"? Let's put that to the test:

Here is the litmus test for President Barack Obama, who says we will defeat ISIS through "diversity" and "tolerance" as we listen to their "grievances" and offer them job opportunities:

Barack is in the cage where the Jordanian pilot once stood. The ISIS executioner begins to lower the torch to the gasoline in the sand.  

Barack turns to the Marine standing to the side, and screams...what?  

Does he scream:

A)  "QUICK! HIRE HIM!"  

B)  "QUICK!  TOLERATE HIM!"

or 

C)  "QUICK! SHOOT HIM!"
